Reds: full bodied 15,5-18°CIce in cold water will chill the wine effectively and will keep it cold. Over chilling wines kills the flavour and aroma. Too much warmth makes the wine taste bland. In summertime, when it’s hot, it’s not a bad idea to chill a red wine by leaving it in the fridge for 20 minutes before opening.
