Thelema is a family owned and managed wine estate in the spectacular Simonsberg Mountain range in Stellenbosch. The Sutherland Pinot Noir 2020 was aged in French oak barrels for 9 months and shows pure strawberry fruit aromas and lovely perfumed spice and earthy characters on the nose. This red wine is wonderfully balanced with a long, refined finish. Pinot Noir is a great option for food pairings. It pairs well with lightly flavoured dishes like risotto, salmon and mild beef dishes.
