PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Waterkloof Wines was purchased by UK wine merchant Paul Boutinot in 2003. It is a dramatically modern winery perched on the top of a hill (the Schapenberg) on the outer fringes of Stellenbosch and on the boundary of the Helderberg, looking out to False Bay. The Revenant Wild Ferment Sauvignon Blanc 2023 displays vibrant notes of lime and gooseberries on the nose, a little bit of white peach that follows through to a crisp palate, yielding ripe fruit flavours with a vibrant acidity. The balanced acidity gives a natural freshness and great length to this delicious white wine.
