How Do I Join?
It’s easy. Contact our Client Services team on 086 111 WINE (9463). We will put you straight onto the Loyalty Program and you can immediately start earning 50 points on all Club packs dispatched to you.

How Does the Loyalty Program Work?

There are three ways to earn points:

• 1. Just sit back, do nothing, and on all your regular club packs you collect 50 points.
• 2. On any purchases to the value of R500 from our Telesales Department you collect another 50 points. For each additional R1000 spent on that particular order, you will receive another 50 points i.e. R1500 = 100 points!
• There will also be opportunities to earn points on selected packs in brochures and email offers — so keep a lookout!

3. There are four different point levels — 200 points, 400 points, 800 points, and 1000 points. Once you have reached a level you will receive a discount voucher via email. Alternatively, if we see that the email hasn’t made it into your inbox, we will send it by post. The rand value of your discount voucher will be a percentage of the last invoice you received.

For example: You currently have 750 points. You receive your next club pack, bringing your total to 800 points — the third level. The stock value on your invoice came to R695.95. The discount voucher you will receive will be for R104.40 (15% of R695.95).*

When you receive your discount voucher in the post, you choose when and how to use it. Wine, coffee, whisky … the choice is yours. To activate your discount, all you need to do is quote your voucher number when ordering. Or if you would like to redeem against your next club pack, just give us a call and let us know. It’s your choice!

This is your Voucher Code, it is unique to your voucher, please quote this code when you place your order.

This is the amount that this voucher is worth, you are free to spend it within the club as you please, be it on an email offer, an ad-hoc purchase or a club pack. Please note: discount is off the stock value of the invoice and not off the delivery and insurance.

This is the date that this voucher expires, please note that after this date, the voucher is null and void.

Point Levels

200 points - 5% discount voucher (amount calculated off your last invoice).
400 points - 10% discount voucher (amount calculated off your last invoice).
800 points - 15% discount voucher (amount calculated off your last invoice).
1000 points - 20% discount voucher (amount calculated off your last invoice)

Once you have reached 1000 points and received your 20% discount voucher, your points will revert back to nil and you start collecting again.
Please note that the discount voucher has a unique code and can only be used once.

*You may only redeem one voucher per order.
