Nestled on a south facing slope next to a wetland in Darling, lies this young, bushvine Riesling vineyard. The cooler slope contributes to the lively acidity of this unconventional Riesling with distinctive floral aromas with apricot, lime, spice and green apple on the palette. This white wine has a rich mouthfeel that is balanced by tangy acidity.
