The Ernie Els Big Easy Red Blend 2021 is ruby in colour with a plum core. Lifted, joyful floral aromas; hibiscus and potpourri, then an undercurrent of Crème de Cassis; red berries and blueberries sprinkled with white pepper spice. This wine displays superb drinkability without sacrificing concentration. A delicious red wine blend of Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Mourvedre, Viognier, Grenache and Cinsault.
