Made from a base wine of Chenin Blanc grapes from our Stellenbosch vineyard and following the traditional Cognac double distillation process done in our copper Pruhlo Alambic potstill, TOKARA XO Brandy is slow matured in Limousin French oak barrels for up to 16 years.
