PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Pale straw; not overtly fruity (typical for Rhône varieties), but some stone fruit with thatch and warm hay. Ripe & full-bodied, some peach and dry scrub flavours with soft-ish acidity and firm oaking. Great!
FOOD PAIRING:
A meze platter with dips & warm pita bread, or deep-fried chicken with sweetcorn fritters, or lamb chops with butterbean mash.
Ready to drink, but can be cellared until the end of 2022.
