The Le Bonheur Chardonnay 2025 balances ripe New World fruit with more restrained winemaking influences, including partial barrel fermentation and lees ageing, adding texture and subtle complexity without overpowering the wine's natural brightness.  Colour: Bright straw yellow with a youthful golden edge.  Nose: Aromas of white peach, citrus blossom and ripe pineapple lead the nose, followed by softer notes of brioche, toasted nuts and gentle spice.  Palate: Medium-bodied with a smooth, lightly creamy texture balanced by fresh acidity. Layers of stone fruit, lemon zest and subtle oak spice create depth without heaviness, while lees contact adds a rounded mouthfeel.
