The brands’ vision is to give rise to new and exciting varieties in South Africa. The Nomoya Vermentino 2021 is a white wine made from 100% Vermentino grapes sourced from the Paarl region. Fresh and crisp, the palate is a mix of citrus, green apple and floral notes with salty mineral undertones. Rich in fruited notes, it smoothly progresses to hints of herbs, grapefruit and flowers. The Vermentino pairs beautifully with seafood, light, tasty pastas dishes as well as soft cheeses.
