Koelenbosch Shiraz 2018
Very deep ruby; good whack of trendy coffee aromas with cinnamon & charry oak. Full-bodied, less rich than most with well-rounded fruit and smooth easy tannins, still more aroma of coffee on final farewell.
Good meaty moussaka, or marinated lamb ribs from the braai, or rare sirloin with Dijon mustard – pan-fried in butter.
Ready to drink, but can be cellared until the end of 2022.
