PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
The nose entices with a character of dried thyme, oregano & Cape fynbos. The palate is dominated by aromas of dark cherries, blueberries and graphite, which gives it a great interest. The tannins are silky and the finish is long and smooth.
FOOD PAIRING:
Black pepper-crusted springbok loin, or a rare fillet steak with mushroom sauce, or slow-roasted Greek lamb with orzo.
