It has been over 21 years since the first Flagstone vintage was released. A remarkable journey from innovative beginnings in Cape Town Harbour, as South Africa’s first winery without its own estate, to the multi-award-winning winery that resides in Somerset West and boasts a library of 25 different wines. The Flagstone Noon Gun White Blend 2021 is a white wine blend of three of the best varieties growing in South Africa, namely Chenin Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, and Viognier. The smooth, balanced palate offers honeydew melon with slices of pawpaw, a touch of orange peel, and a sprinkle of cinnamon. The fruitiness is balanced by a creamy mouth feel and a zesty crisp lingering finish.
