PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:Mid straw; nicely evolved aromas of barley sugar, dried pineapple, beeswax and melba toast. Dry and beautifully mature with buttery mouthfeel and contrasting flavours of vanilla cake and tangy lemon tart.
FOOD PAIRING:Char-grilled yellowtail with aïoli, or roast chicken with thyme and garlic, or a mild vegetarian curry in coconut milk.
